Earning Criteria

Completion of at least 125 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines.

Completion of at least 30 hours of peer and client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.

Completion of 3 hours of individual mentor coaching with Flow’s mentor coaches.

Completion of group mentor coaching.

Pass both oral and written assessments at the Professional Certified Coach level.
Standards
The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coach Federation.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
