An annotated bibliography of scholarly and popular resources dealing with the impact of technology on culture and self. The bibliography contains: five sources that address positive impacts of technology and culture, two of which are to be from scholarly sources; five sources that address negative impacts of technology and culture, two of which are to be from scholarly sources; and five sources that address the impact of technology on individual users.

An artifact which expresses the learner’s opinion on technology and society based on the research completed in the annotated bibliography. This artifact can be: an infographic; a video; or a visual presentation (Prezi, HaikuDeck, traditional presentation software, etc) that expresses the learner’s opinion with images and limited text.

Interview with 3 individuals & interview reflection. Interviews are completed with people who serve in 3 different settings, such as an informal or non-formal learning environment, a special needs educator, an educator in an economically or culturally diverse setting, an international educator, or a more traditional K-12 institution. The final submission includes a list of questions, interviewee responses, & a significant reflection on what was learned and how that new knowledge may be applied.
