Attend the three month Be! experience led by a professional Be! facilitator over six live virtual sessions
Demonstrate Be! leadership skills to increase employee engagement on your team
Complete Be! e-learning content that includes SCARF, Growth Mindset, Neuroscience, Feedback, BRAVE leadership, Habit Formation, Leadership Identity, learning agility, VUCA language, coaching, leadership and self-deception, and agile
Recognize the distinctive leadership behaviors needed when leading in a complicated vs. complex environment
Share your lessons learned and results with your peers using the class forums
Use leadership coaching skills to coach peers during the in-class sessions
Receive leadership coaching from Be! Supervisor and peers during the in-class sessions
Implement new neuroscience feedback model and habit formation leadership identity on current team
Complete leadership effectiveness assessment to measure the impact of new skills and behavior
Fully engage during in-class exercises under supervision of the Be! facilitator
Submit a leadership reflection after every Be! session using our class forum
