To earn the ECPI Communications badge students must demonstrate the skills required to communicate effectively. Candidates will have mastered the key skills and abilities gained for this badge including the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written format, display cultural awareness, compile information into criminal justice reports utilized in law enforcement, courts, corrections and private security; and application of best practices for communication with diverse cultural groups.
