Earning Criteria

Trainers with this credential have at least five years of experience in interpretation and analysis of the Tilt 365 Suite of Assessments that grow an agile mindset and develop character strengths in people, teams and culture.
Trainers with this credential have attended and passed all courses available through the Tilt 365 Academy for Laser Coaching. Skills help people and teams with agility, generativity and innovation.
Trainers with this credential bring at least 20 years of business and education/training/facilitation experience prior to learning the Tilt 365 curriculum.
