Earning Criteria

• The TPMA certification provides a framework for the objective assessment of a trainer's delivery performance and associated signposting of developmental activity. It ensures that the badge holder demonstrates skills to deliver effective face-to-face learning in line with an industry-recognized framework. The assessment is focussed on observing that the candidate:
