Provided a 300-500 word Personal Learner Profile. This profile included findings and reflections about oneself as a learner based upon the inventories. The following criteria were met in this profile: a short explanation of the results from each inventor (emphasizing areas of strength and potential growth areas); a written reflection about what these inventories (and other personal insights) say about one’s strengths and challenges as a learner.

The Personal Learner Profile also includes a short list of the learner's greatest strength areas as a learner and how s/he intend to use those strengths to thrive in graduate studies and beyond; a list of five-ten pieces of advice to oneself in order to thrive as a learner in the EDT program and beyond; a fictional or actual example of the learner's ideal and most rewarding type of learning experience, explaining why it was so rewarding.

The Personal Learner Profile also includes a list of five-ten ways that a teacher/facilitator can best help the learner be successful (based upon findings from the inventories and past knowledge/experiences as a learner; one sentence stating that the learner acknowledges and give permission to share this artifact to the program adviser and other instructors/facilitators in the program (used to help them know how to best assist the learner), and a current picture.
