An original multimedia lecture/digital story/virtual field trip that incorporates essential teaching/learning methods, curriculum, and educational technology terms and phrases to help accomplish specific educational goals and outcomes. The video is: a minimum of 3 minutes in length; accessible for most learners with either text-based transcripts or text-captioning included; is hosted online and available to the badge host and peers at CU.

(cont.) The video is also viewable on a variety of desktop and mobile devices and via multiple operating systems, such as iOS, Android, Windows-PC; accompanied by a either the associated lesson plan(s) or a brief description of the learning context and identification of related goals and outcomes.

A critique of no fewer than three multimedia lectures or digital stories made by other educators. Notes how well each: modeled or demonstrated best practices in teaching and learning; and made meaningful and appropriate use of current and emerging technologies. Includes a brief description and the complete URL of each.
