Issued by University of Utah

Badge earners receiving the Student University Development Opportunity (sUdo) Elite 5 badge, have demonstrated superior performance during monthly evaluations. Students have demonstrated the ability to exceed expectations for client satisfaction and technical expertise in their field. They are able to take initiative to complete tasks and can operate independently. Elite 5 designations are awarded to only 5% of SUDO students on average.

Earning Criteria

Complete a minimum of one semester of part-time employment in a technical position with the Student University Development Opportunity (sUdo) program. Work up to 20 hours a week.
Receive top 5% performance review from assigned mentor for superior teamwork, technical expertise.
