Completed 200 or more hours of Transition Project Experience following Application IMPACT Transition Method in transition project(s). Completed a minimum of 400 hours of prior Transition Project Experience (Application Transition/ Service Process Transition) Provided Transition solutions following Application IMPACT Transition Method to at-least 5 Tier 2/ 3 or 1 Tier 1 opportunities. Provided Transition solutions to at least 5 Tier-2 / 3 or 3 Tier 1 / 2 opportunities as a prior experience.
