Attendance and participation in monthly virtual learning opportunities.

Completion of 15 hours of one-on-one executive coaching.

Completion of a 360 assessment with feedback from supervisor, peers, and direct reports.

Development and accomplishment of goals identified on an individualized Leadership Development Plan.

Completion of a cross-functional challenge project to address an organizational need.

Study of the book "What Got You Here Won’t Get You There" by Marshall Goldsmith.
