Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM Europe & IBM India. See additional details page for other Geo rollout information.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to apply DevSecOps principles in real life projects to development, deployment, testing and related infrastructure aspects. Gained working knowledge of various DevSecOps tools and how to effectively apply them. This can be achieved by completing the learning plan, or any hyperscaler certification on DevOps. • Demonstrated the application of knowledge by performing activities that include: Position DevOps practices against client requirements. Implement DevOps practices with strong technical and methodical focus. Integrate IBM DevOps practices with existing application technology landscapes. Demonstrate the value of DevOps tailored to specific client business.
• Demonstrated successful application of the knowledge and activities by successfully completing two projects with in total minimal 18 months duration and 2500 Hours which cover at least 3 of the 6C’s (Continuous planning, Collaborative Development & Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Release & Deployment, Continuous Monitoring and Continuous User Feedback & Optimization) within DevOps.
• Demonstrated performance at the IBM Experienced skill level by providing two stakeholder feedback statements (or project assessments) for two different periods. The IBM Experienced level is defined as: Repeated, successful application of the subject area with demonstrable results in multiple environments. Has a solid level of expertise in this subject area.
• Demonstrated core skills: Concise communicator; present in team meetings; take accountability; serve in small team lead roles; serve as coach or mentor; participate in recruiting and other practice give-back programs; use feedback as a coaching tool
