Document two complex Solution Consultant Experiences. Evidence of applied skill and experience in the respective application form. Develops innovative, value-based consulting solutions. Provides expert guidance & direction to integrated team.

Serve as a mentor for two mentees, or have previously earned a valid Blue Core Mentor badge or a valid IBM Mentor badge (not older than 3 yrs.)

Complete one IBM Profession Give Back Leadership Badges: Speaker/Presenter; Teacher/Educator; Profession Champion.
