An IBM Certified Specialist leads large teams who deliver innovative solutions that provide business value for the client. They ensure solutions meet client requirements and are technically viable in the client's environment. They showed the ability to negotiate successfully, provide technical direction, and lead team and provide technical leadership, whilst assessing the business impact and developing the solution.
This individual has shown that they continue to develop their technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 120 hours of training and personal development completed in the last 3-5 years.
This individual has enhanced and maintained IBM's technical vitality through mentoring others (required) and other forms of give back including the development of IC/IP, enablement assets, publications, technical presentations and voluntary work on Certification Review Boards.
