Earners of the Equity and Inclusion e-Certificate have enhanced their personal awareness and skills related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They have developed a deeper understanding of how advancing equity can increase the effectiveness of social-impact organizations and have gained awareness of the structural and systemic barriers that hinder equity. They are equipped with the knowledge and tools to continue advancing equity at the personal, organizational, and community levels.

Earning Criteria

Participated in a three-day intensive training that provided skills and resources to advance equity work. Required activities included: cultural competency benchmarking pre-survey, implicit association testing, a minimum of seven trainings, and active participation in discussion groups.
Created equity action plan or organizational equity audit.
