Each earner will have attended a full day general session about the PPS business delivered by executives, managers and peers. They will attend 3 days of deep technical sessions with in a specific area of expertise related to their consultancy and will take an additional 1/2 day of cross training in other areas of the security business to round out their product knowledge.

Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM employee
Attend the 2018 PPS Technical Enablement Conference (total of 36 hours), comprehending: (a) A General Session; (b) 3 day technical session according to the individual's specialization; (c) 2 cross training sessions
Take the test associated with the specialization area and general session questions (20 questions, multiple choice) and pass with 80%
