This REACH certificate contains in-depth lessons on telehealth fundamentals, technologies, laws, documentation and billing, and effective communication strategies.

Earning Criteria

Must be a Medical Assistant (MA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Medical Administrative Specialist (CMAS), Allied Health Instructor (AHI), or other allied health professional.
Must pass the 70 multiple-choice question final assessment with a minimum score of 80%.
Must complete six modules, including knowledge checks and quizzes.
