P3M3 Assessors have demonstrated an ability to provide the basis for the development of an improvement plan to help an organization to be more effective in delivering change and transformation. This individual has undertaken training and testing of the P3M3 maturity model which measures an organization’s performance with regards to its Portfolio, Programme and Project Management practices. These practices are assessed in line with global best practices provided by AXELOS.

Earning Criteria

Provide evidence under a licenced AXELOS Consulting Partner of professional capacity through professional experience and qualification(s) in project management.
Undertake P3M3 training to understand how to assess an organisations current capabailities and roadmap key process areas for improvement that make the biggest impact on performance. P3M3 Assessors take an online test to demonstrate their knowledge in order to be licenced to deliver an assessment.
