Earning Criteria

• Participant has completed the online learning program that teaches the steps of Issue Based Consulting.
• Attended at least five (out of 7) sessions of the Issue Based Consulting Experiential class.
• Participated actively in team discussions and contributed to the class exercises, as observed by the instructor and/or coach.
• Presented their team's work in at least one of the exercises.
• With their team, prepared a final report and executive summary that followed a well-organized structure, a clear storyline, contained the critical report elements and engaged the CIO. (The Final Presentation/Executive Summary is the culmination of the class).
• If you want to request a badge based on your previous experience, without taking the classes, you will need to provide one real customer report that demonstrates the use of the IBC technique and obtain a letter from your manager confirming your use of the IBC technique with a real customer.
• Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
