Students in this course learn successful workplace communication by gaining a background on the components and methods of communication, then exploring oral and written communication in depth. Students will practice both delivering and composing professional written communication for a specific purpose and audience. Additionally, students will learn about tools for workplace collaboration and efficiency, and how to determine the best meeting and productivity tools.
