Complete all activities as directed in the Level 3 learning course or path as applicable.

Must have a recorded closed deal in Atlas that is less than 12 months old.

The seller must be assessed at level 2 or higher in Your Career for the offering skill or have completed the Level 2 Learning Path for the offering.

Create customized solution presentation using the knowledge gained from other levels and/or experience using the course instructions and grading rubric. The Stand and Deliver must be posted to Nomadic and reviewed by two peers who provide feedback.

The individuals First Line Manager (FLM) must review the stand and deliver using the grading rubric. The individual must receive a score of '18' or higher pass. The FLM must verify peer reviews completion criteria and a deal closure in Atlas.
