  • Complete an immersive education experience to learn the purpose, objectives, intended audience and structure of four of Prosci's role-based programs: Change Management Program for Managers, Fundamentals of Change Management, Delivering Projects Results Workshop, and Change Management Employee Orientation.
  • Practice teaching select learning modules in front of the class and instructors and receive feedback and recommendations for improving delivery. Craft a training delivery strategy to guide future implementation of change management training.
