To earn the ECPI Investigations badge students must demonstrate the skills required to perform investigations. Candidates will have mastered the key skills and abilities gained for this badge including the ability to apply law enforcement policies and procedures to scenarios, the evaluation of evidence for criminal investigations, crime scene management protocols, perform security surveys, perform vulnerability assessments, and work with digital forensic tools.
