To develop incident management and decision-making skills necessary to effectively and safely manage an expanding Type 3 incident. Major topics covered in the course are decision-making, unified command and incident organizational overview, Incident response planning and resource management, the Emergency Management Exercise System (EM*ES) Simulation, and induction to the decision-making exercise.
