Describe the five phases of the DMAIC improvement cycle.
Utilize methods to translate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into measurable requirements.
Describe how the information from a SIPOC analysis can be used.
Define a process and a process map.
Describe Value Add versus Non-Value Add activities and explain why they are important in a Lean implementation.
Learn how to organize information (data) into a manageable form for the purpose of making informed decisions.
Discuss 5S and describe its overall purpose and benefits, and identify the five phases of its process.
Discuss the purpose of the Control phase in the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project.
