To earn the ECPI Ethics, Research & Law badge students must demonstrate the skills required to perform as ethical criminal justice professionals. Candidates will have mastered the key skills and abilities gained for this badge including the ability to respond to ethical dilemmas in criminal justice, articulate the elements of a crime, apply evidentiary law to scenarios, collect and analyze data, create a research proposal and create training presentations to address ethical dilemmas.
