Earners of the LIFT Talent Programme badge are able to develop and deliver the local area strategic plan and market conditions, create a Personal Development Plan, as well as implement an element of the LIFT Talent Programme to a team or group of individuals. They are also able to review and understand the local position in relation to subjects contained within the LIFT programme as well as undertake a revision to behavior, process or policy based on learning from the programme.

Earning Criteria

Attend the 3 day LIFT programme with 95% attendance across all 3 days
Develop and deliver the local area strategic plan and market conditions in the form of a 'Presentation' to other LIFT participants during the programme
Create Personal Development plan that is documented, discussed and agreed with the Line manager
Complete and implement 2 follow-up development activities
Submit evidence to a member of Learning & Development for review
