Badge holders have shown understanding of the principles of the Lean philosophy and in particular with the application of this philosophy within an IT-environment. They know how to measure performance and the key determinants of performance, What the organizational requirements are when implementing Lean and which behavior and attitude is necessary for Lean to be successful within an IT organization. They are familiar with the DMAIC problem-solving model and the importance of delivering value.
What it takes to earn this badge
Badge holders have passed a multiple choice exam, scoring a minimum of 26 out of 40 marks available (65%). The exam is closed-book, 60 minutes in duration.
