The earner can recognize terrorism, defensive considerations (biological, nuclear, incendiary, chemical, and explosive, as well as command and control issues associated with criminal incidents. The earner will be able to recognize and implement self-protection measures, secure the scene, complete appropriate notifications to local, state, and federal agencies, and assist in completing a seamless transition.
