Earners of the Problem Solving certification have completed the 4 month training and PDCA meetings. At the end of the 4 months the earner would present an A3 with their cohort group detailing the root cause issue along with the data and measurements that they were able to uncover and create.

At the end of the 4 month training the earner would present an A3 with their cohort group detailing the root cause issue along with the data and measurments that they were able to uncover and create.

Earners of the Problem Solving certification have completed the 4 month trainings comprised of 5-6 all day courses and the required weekly PDCA meetings.

A completed A3 is reviewed and approved by the Problem-solving facilitator. Participants must have clearly defined their problem, analyzed root causes, and identified and and tested countermeasures to obtain approval.

Participants present their approved A3 and analysis as a final presentation delivered to the leadership team and Capella staff.

Must be an employee of Capella University or Capella Education Company.
