The earner of this badge attended a Central Michigan University (CMU) webinar that provided information about the emotional intelligence (EQ) theory. The badge earner participated in a 40-minute session which introduced EQ concepts to develop and foster strong virtual relationships. Participants were encouraged to develop a continuous improvement plan to increase EQ levels through self-assessment techniques under the four emotional intelligence domains.
