The Emerging Leader program at CHRISTUS Health is designed for Associates who desire to be future leaders in the organization. This 3-month program provides participants with an opportunity to learn critical leadership skills, to interview current leaders, and to gain insight about their leadership strengths and growth opportunities.

Earning Criteria

Attendance and participation in 3 live webinars
Completion of 8 LinkedIn Learning and other e-learning courses

Completion of a personalized Leadership Development Plan
Interview with a current leader and submission of an interview summary
