The Nurse Leader Residency program at CHRISTUS Health develops diverse, multi-talented nursing leaders who lead engaged, high-performing teams. The 6-month program provides participants with an opportunity to develop critical leadership skills through a 360-assessment, one-on-one leadership coaching, and in-class learning.
