This learner has completed a week long programme to develop knowledge about the skills and behaviours needed to work within a international law firm, such as Allen & Overy. They have developed knowledge of the main city job sectors, potential career opportunities and the importance of commercial awareness. They have learned how to apply the eight key Skills Builders skills: Listening, Speaking, Problem Solving, Creativity, Staying Positive, Aiming High, Leadership and Teamwork.

This learner has successfully passed an assessment to demonstrate their understanding of the main city job sectors, and the career opportunities within a global law firm such as Allen & Overy. They are able to apply key employability skills required for different roles and understand the eight Skills Builder skills and how to apply them in a professional setting.
