Achieved the ‘Worldchefs Certified Executive Chef’ badge (or equivalent) AND prepared and submitted a portfolio of evidence, while completing their day-to-day work, which has been assessed as meeting the standards of the ‘Certified Mastery Chef’ badge, part of the Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification
