Earning Criteria

• 1.  Discover character strengths and use this knowledge in team building.
• 2.  Develop or enhance leadership skills within the work place.
• 3.  Demonstrate the use of quality improvement principles and tools to analyze and propose solutions to problems in the work place.
• 4.  Identify key measures for process improvement and utilize data within work areas.
• 5.  Identify a work-related problem and explore solutions using the information gained.
• Guided by an Administrative Council representative, the badge earner developed and completed a  4 week project that addressed a work-related problem.
