Earning Criteria

Have at least five years of experience in the compensation/benefits industry.
Have held the CFC designation for at least one year. (Requirement may be waived by upon applicant providing proof of having earned an equivalent certification or relevant advanced degree. Examples: CEBS or JD degree.)
Complete the self-paced 12-hour ACFC study course.
Demonstrate expertise in the ACFC core competencies by 60% passing the ACFC Exam (100 questions).
