To earn the ECPI Terrorism badge students must demonstrate the skills required to respond to homeland security concerns. Candidates will have mastered the key skills and abilities gained for this badge including the ability to acquire NIMS (National Incident Management System) terminology and approach, investigate changes in the scope of homeland security, design emergency operations plans and design security and response plans for the nation’s critical infrastructures.
