This badge recognizes service on the Shaping the Future IT Workforce Working Group, a collaborative effort between EDUCAUSE and Jisc. The group explored the question “How do we shape the future higher education IT workforce?” to produce a report intended to begin conversations and provide guidance on how to shape an IT function that can attract, prepare, and retain high-caliber staff with the broad range of skills needed as we move into the future.
