Badge earners serve for 1-3 years and are competitively selected from a community of senior instructional design professionals. Members work to form a diverse mentorship community and help organize the program, complete mentor/mentee pair matching, conduct monthly check-ins with the participants, and develop professional learning opportunities for the program participants. Committee members provide significant leadership to the ID2ID mentorship program.

Badge earners were competitively selected to serve on the 2018 ELI/Penn State ID2ID Advisory Committee.
Participate in a variety of meetings, both face-to-face and virtual, in the course of the year and serve on subcommittees or perform other related assignments during their tenure.
