Badge earners engaged in and completed a 6-hour leadership seminar on how to leverage practices that inspire, engage, and empower others. Participants reviewed strategies on how to transition from a high-performing individual contributor to an outstanding manager and leader responsible for a team of individuals. Fundamental traits and characteristics of effective leaders were applied including communication, building effective teams, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
