Earning Criteria

Participation in a competitive selection process that includes nomination and ultimately selection with nominators providing documentation of a candidate's demonstrated achievements and contributions in sufficient detail to warrant their recognition as a "rising star" in the profession. The nominations are evaluated and winners are selected by the EDUCAUSE Recognition Committee based on the stated guidelines and eligibility for this award.
