Badge earners served on this working group to create a toolkit for service design and transition, in collaboration with the IT Service Management Community Group. This toolkit has been created to help organizations both design and transition successful services. The group developed a series of best practices meant to be used as a starting point to develop and transition an area's services. All assets can be modified to fit the institution's maturity level.
