Badge earners, the faculty who develop and deliver program content, are thought leaders and higher education experts in the EDUCAUSE community. They guide interactive activities and discussions, and support participants in developing professional skills: finance, prioritization, communication, project management, team development, diversity/equity/inclusion, and performance management, among others. Leadership is modeled throughout the program.

Faculty possess excellent presentation, leadership, facilitation, coaching, and instructional skills. They work collaboratively to deliver program content, engage participants in immersive activities, and provide timely feedback regarding current and emerging professional and industry issues.
