Earners have enhanced their cross-cultural knowledge about business/education opportunities in Queensland. They have enhanced their employability by developing a global, entrepreneurial mindset, understanding cross cultural communication, mentoring and entrepreneurship within an international environment. Earners participated in a two-phase project.

Earners of the badge were identified from the top 50 young women entrepreneurs who attended a 2-day cross-cultural employability capabilities and a global entrepreneurial mindset building Masterclasses in New Delhi and Bangalore, India who had their business for at least 1 year and their business had a social impact. The selection was conducted by a consortium which included: Study Queensland; Trade and Investment Queensland; Central Queensland University; and Griffith University.

Earners have provided evidence of attendance, participation and progression through the two-day Masterclasses that were individually tailored and context-specific for women entrepreneurs to work effectively in culturally, linguistically and socially different environments in, India.

Earners have provided evidence of attendance, participation and progression of the One-week Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for women in Brisbane and Cairns, Australia. This included attending Formal presentations, workshops and online forums. Earners attended/participated in networking events, connecting Queensland entrepreneurs with Indian entrepreneurs and in Australia round table discussions.

Earners have completed an Action Plan for return to work.
