Earners have completed the SBS Inclusion Program that contains a suite of online training courses that help organisations embrace diversity and promote a safe, happy, and productive workplace. Earners have an understanding of workplace inclusion, diversity policies and inclusive practices and the importance of recognising unconscious bias in the areas of core inclusion, LGTBIQ+ inclusion, gender equality, disability, culture and age.

Earning Criteria

Earners have completed a total of 9 hours 45 minutes of self-directed Professional Development and 6 self-paced online Courses which includes watching a number of videos and undertaking a series of online interactive reflections and activities.

Earners who have completed the Core Inclusion course have improved their understanding of inclusion and the principles guiding the right conditions for every individual to achieve their full potential. The course takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete in total, and it is split into 5 modules.

Earners who have completed Culture course have covered areas such as cultural differences and similarities, cross-cultural communication, cultural adaptation, and population trends and their impact in Australia. Earners have gained practical skills and culturally specific knowledge for use in the workplace and everyday life. The course takes approximately 2 hours to complete in total, and it is split into 5 modules.

Earners who have completed the LGBTIQ+ course have improved their understanding of the LGBTIQ+ community. They have also been provided with the tools to apply their knowledge to promote a fairer, more LGBTIQ+ inclusive society. The course takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete in total.

Earners who have completed the Gender course have improved their understanding of gender equality in the workplace. The course takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete in total.

Earners who have completed the Disability course have improved their understanding of disability and can show how employment options for people with disability can be improved and embraced. The course takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete in total, and it is split into 3 modules.

Earners who have completed The Age course will be able to identify age-related discriminatory practices that are prevalent today. They have examined assumptions made about older and younger workers, the benefits of having a multi-generational workforce, and how organisations can be more age inclusive. The course takes approximately one hour to complete in total.
