Leading Action Research - Not for Credit

Earners have demonstrated an understanding of the history and principles of Action Research and how to apply it to a local environment or workplace. Earners identified and scoped a site-based improvement project that identified a focus area and process for getting started, a plan to create a sustainable project that moved from cycle-to-cycle, and demonstrated ability to reflect on progress. Earners were required to share their project plan with peers and respond to feedback.
