Attendance, participation and progression through program content, completion of all program activities delivered in either the initial face-to-face workshop or the equivalent online materials. The program is developed and delivered by qualified academic staff with specialist expertise on Middle Leadership in Schools.

Successful completion of the School-based Development Project that required earners to identify an issue or area for development in their school context, and then design a project to address it that would be implemented within their department or group at the school.
