Earners have demonstrated a range of professional skills when leading a peer learning session. They have participated in the Leading Learning program to build their understanding of the basic mechanisms of learning as well as developed/enhanced their peer facilitation skills. They have applied evidence-informed knowledge of learning to the design and facilitation of a peer learning session. They have demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving skills, active listening empathy and compassion.

Earning Criteria

Earners have attended a 1.5 hour long orientation session and have engaged in orientation activities – building a shared sense for the project, sharing of identities, experiences etc.

Earners have participated in 2 hours of Educator-led knowledge building and completed all asynchronous tasks

Earners have participated in 4 hours of Educator-led knowledge building and attended at synchronous workshops and completed synchronous tasks

Earners have participated in 5 hours of Student-led knowledge building. This includes the co-design and co-facilitation of student led session. It also includes time for critical reflection on the peer learning session

Earners have spent 4 hours on the translated the knowledge gained on the science of learning into practical student learning resources. They have co-designed and co-created resources on learning for students
