Earners have addressed the major philosophies behind the design and development of organisational transformation programs. Earners are guided through the relevant concepts for the establishment of appropriate mechanisms to achieve successful transformation. Earners learn to consider the concepts of managing transformation from the individual, team and larger organisation perspectives. Earners' development and management of knowledge is achieved through the plan-do-study-act cycle.
